Officials locked-down two Arborg schools Friday morning while police searched for a suspect in a domestic dispute that had happened at a nearby home.

Officers could not find the suspect and were not sure if there weapons involved in the incident.

RCMP say they locked down the community's high school and elementary school as a precaution.

The suspect surrendered at about 11 a.m.

The investigation is continuing.
