A man accused of the first-degree murder of his parents and brother in St. Leon in 2005, is now also charged with trying to arrange the murder of a nephew, sister, and friend.

Denis Jerome Labossiere is facing three counts of counselling to commit murder. He was charged Thursday.

RCMP allege that during December 2007 and July 2008 Jerome "counselled" another inmate to kill his nephew Daniel Labossiere, his sister Nicole Labossiere-Clark and his friend, Brian Brisson.

All three are Winnipeg residents.  None of them were harmed because of the plot.

Jerome remains in custody at Stony Mountain.

He is a convicted drug dealer, arrested as a result of a police investigation into the Hells Angels.  His three first-degree murder charges are still before the courts.

In late 2005, Jerome Labossiere's parents, Fernand, 78, and Rita, 74, along with his brother Remi, 44, were shot in the head and their bodies were found in the burned-out remains of their farmhouse near St. Leon, Man.

Last May Jerome was arrested and charged with their murders.

His arrest came two weeks after Joel Labossiere and his pregnant wife were shot and killed in their St. Vital home.

Jerome is Joel's uncle. The two were involved in a dispute over the Labossiere estate in St. Leon.

Kelly John Clarke, 38, is now charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of Joel Labossiere, 34, and his wife Magdelena, 33.
