Brandon Police have made an arrest in the violent stabbing death of David Bronson Azure.
Azure's lifeless body was found in the city's downtown core on May11.
Now police have charged a 29-year old Sioux Valley First Nation man with second degree murder in connection with the death. The victim was stabbed in the chest after an altercation between two groups of men.
A 23-year old and 25-year old were initially charged with weapons related offences in connection with the incident but were later released.
Police say the suspect turned himself in after discovering authorities were actively trying to discover his whereabouts.
The accused will appear in court today.
