RCMP have laid charges in a crash that killed a 17-year-old girl in June near Bethany, Manitoba.

Christopher Ryan Rollins, 19, is facing numerous charges, including impaired driving causing death, driving while disqualified, and one count of supply liquor to minors contrary to the Liquor Control Act.

The victim, Jodie Lynn Vandenberghe, 17, was killed instantly June 19 when she was ejected from the vehicle after its driver lost control on a gravel road.

Police say Vandenberghe, was the passenger in the front seat.

Three other passengers received minor injuries from the rollover.

Rollings is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 29 in Minnedosa.

Bethany is about 12 kilometres north of Minnedosa.
