Police are investigating the death of a 29-year-old woman who died Friday morning after being assaulted on Sunday.
Officers say the last place the woman was seen was at a grocery story near Alexander Avenue and Sherbrook Street. The store was closed Friday and a police cruiser was parked out front.
Officers are not saying where the actual assault took place.
Residents CTV spoke with said the store has been robbed several times.
No charges have been laid in connection with the death. Police continue to investigate.
