Officers are continuing to look for suspects following a fatal stabbing on Wednesday.

A terrifying scene unfolded for shoppers at a Weston grocery store when a man suffering from an apparent stab wound collapsed in front of the store and later died. Police say the victim is a 34-year-old male.

Shortly after 11:00 Wednesday morning, witnesses tell CTV News that a man was stabbed and then staggered down Gallagher Avenue, leaving a trail of blood in front of shocked customers and employees of Cantor's Grocery, near Logan Avenue and Quelch Street.

The man was transported to hospital in critical condition but died of his injuries, said police.

No arrests have been made. The homicide unit is investigating.
