Winnipeg police say foul play has been ruled out in the death of a woman whose body was found near the Queen Elizabeth Way bridge on Oct. 2.
Police taped off the scene after the body was discovered by a passerby.
Investigators have identified the woman as Lori Dawn Tessier, 40, and say the death was accidental.
Police say she was last seen on Aug. 30.
