A crash on the Trans-Canada Highway has left a 22-year-old Winnipeg man dead, said RCMP.
The collision happened Monday night shortly after 7 p.m., about two miles west of Highway 12.
Police say an eastbound 2006 GMC pick up truck collided with the back of a grain trailer being pulled by a farm tractor.
The pick up truck's driver was rushed to hospital in Steinbach where he was pronounced dead, said RCMP.
Police identified the man as Brandyn Falk, 22, of Winnipeg.
The driver of the tractor was treated for injuries and released.
RCMP continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
