Police say convicted sex offender Joshua Turner, 26, was arrested on Friday afternoon around 5:30 p.m. at a downtown hotel.
Officers had earlier said Turner was unlawfully at large and was considered at high risk of re-offending both sexually and violently.
Police thanked the public for help finding Turner.
