Police are searching for an at-risk Winnipeg teen who may need medical attention.

Kaitlyn Schwolman went missing on October 21st.

She is described as Metis, 5'7" (169 cm) in height, 150 lbs (68 kg) in weight. She has medium length brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police did not release what kind of medical attention the girl may require.

Police add Schwolman is at risk for being exploited and victimized.

Anyone with information about Schwolman's whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
