The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority says there is a possibility the city could run out of the week's supply of H1N1 vaccine with adjuvant sometime Friday afternoon.

Officials say a further shipment of the vaccine with adjuvant is anticipated to arrive early next week and will be offered as quickly as possible after it arrives.

The WRHA says the higher turn-out Thursday at clinics led to more vaccine being used up. In the event the supply of vaccine with adjuvant is used up tonight or early tomorrow, officials plan to keep clinics open to offer the vaccine without adjuvant for pregnant women and those over 10 and under 65 who do not have weakened immune systems.
