CTV Open House

In celebration of CTV Winnipeg's 50th Anniversary, we're kicking things off with an open house and you're invited! Although a lot has changed in 50 years, one thing has remained – CTV is Manitoba's news leader.
We want you to see how the news is made. Tour the state-of-the-art CTV facility to check out where the news is made and talk to the people behind the scenes.
Meet and greet your favourite anchors and reporters and get autographs. Bring your camera and get your photo taken with your favourite CTV personality.
Premier Greg Selinger, Mayor Sam Katz, and MP Rod Bruinooge will be at the event to bring congratulations to CTV Winnipeg. Their speeches will be MCed by CTV's Sylvia Kuzyk.
Performing will be members of the group La Bardasse, who have appeared at community events such as Festival Du Voyageur and Folklorama, as well as the Winnipeg Steel Orchestra quartet.
99.9 BOB FM's Beau, Tom, and Fraizer will be broadcasting on the air live during the open house.
Giveaway items include balloons, collectables, CTV Just One Thing bags, CTV gym bags, CTV water bottles, CTV pens, CTV hats and more. Visitors can enter to win a CTV Hot Air Balloon ride for two, or Spin to Win a number of prizes.
Hot dogs, chips and drinks will be available from Canada Safeway. Visitors can choose to make a $2 donation to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
The behind-the-scenes fun starts at 11 AM on Saturday September 25th and keeps going until 3 PM.
