Several streets in the Corydon area were blocked off on Sunday afternoon after crews were called to fight a fire in the 900 block of McMillan Avenue.

Firefighters were called at about 3:50 p.m. after a fire broke out in a vacant two-storey house. Police blocked off Corydon Avenue and Dorchester Avenue around Stafford Street. Eastbound buses were affected.

There were no injuries. Crews fought a fire at the same house a little more than 12 hours earlier, at about 2:30 a.m.

The first fire was deliberately set, while the second fire at the same location remains under investigation, said officials.

Damage is estimated at $350,000.

Officials said the house had been previously set to be demolished.
