Crews spent the weekend demolishing the building that used to house the Regal Furniture Manufacturing Company, making way for a brewery.
The site is now owned by the Minhas Creek Brewing Company. Co-owner Manjit Minhas says their beer is currently brewed in Wisconsin, but they are planning to build a brewery in Winnipeg.
During the demolition, the Arlington Bridge was closed. It is scheduled to reopen at 6 a.m. Monday.
