Police say a 17-year-old was taken to hospital after being stabbed Sunday night.
The victim was rushed to hospital in critical condition, but was later upgraded to stable. A 22-year-old person was also injured.
Officers shut down the northbound lane of Colony Street at Portage Avenue around 8 p.m. as they attempted to track down a suspect.
Members of the canine unit were brought out to join the search. A 17-year-old man has been arrested.
