CTV News has learned that hundreds of liters of diesel fuel have seeped out of the ground near the Arlington Street Bridge, three weeks after the original spill at the CP Rail Yard.
Workers were back on the scene Saturday afternoon cleaning up pools of diesel that have returned.
CP officials say up to 2000 gallons of fuel spilled in the original accident. They believe the diesel is seeping out of the ground because of high moisture levels.
