Officers are asking for the public's help in a Thompson murder investigation.

Jason Nunn, 25, was seen leaving the Element Restaurant and Lounge in Thompson on April 24 around 2:30 a.m., said RCMP.

Officers were later called around 6:20 a.m. that day after Nunn was found unresponsive in a parking lot behind the Juniper Centre, near the intersection of Thompson Drive and Princeton Drive.

He was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead, said RCMP.

Officers are now asking anyone that may have seen Nunn leaving the Element Restaurant around 2:30 a.m. on April 24 to contact Thompson RCMP at (204) 677-6909 or Manitoba Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
