A man was shot in the head at about 10:50 p.m. Saturday night after he opened the door of a Dufferin Avenue home, say police.

Officers say the male suspect knocked on the victim's door in the 500 block of Dufferin and when the door was opened the victim was shot.

A bullet grazed the 21-year-old victim's head and he was taken to hospital in unstable condition, say police. The victim has since been upgraded to stable.

Police have made no arrests and are looking for a suspect described as: male, Aboriginal in appearance, approximately 20-years-old, 5'10" to 5'11" tall, bald head and clean shaven. The suspect was wearing dark coloured clothing, say police.
