A man's body was discovered Thursday at a landfill site in the RM of Rosser, said RCMP.
The body was spotted by landfill site staff at the location on Road 68 North, east of Highway 7, around 8 a.m.
Foul play is not suspected but officers continue to investigate, said police.
RCMP said the man had died recently. It's believed the man went into a dumpster in Winnipeg and his body was transported inside the dumpster to the landfill, said officers.
RCMP identified the man as Kenneth Alfred Knott, 48, of no fixed address.
