Winnipeg may not have made the Monopoly board, but it's making another game.
Hockey video game NHL 12 by EA Sports is launching Monday and 20-year-old Winnipeg Jet Evander Kane will be at Future Shop in St. James signing jacket covers from 9:30 p.m. to11:00 p.m..
The first 250 people to come will get an autographed cover and meet Kane.
Kane was chosen fourth overall in the 2009 NHL draft. His stock is rising, as he earned 26 points his rookie season and 43 points last year. Point production is forecasted to increase this season with the new Winnipeg Jets' team.
