An RCMP officer was arrested around 8 a.m. Thursday morning by members of the Winnipeg Police Service in a domestic-related matter.
Winnipeg police say the 41-year-old man is facing two charges of utter threats to cause death or bodily harm. Police are not releasing any further details.
