Four people were taken to hospital following an apartment fire in Winnipeg early Wednesday morning.
Firefighters responded around 12 a.m. Wednesday to the 1600 block of Main Street, where a suite in a three-storey apartment building was on fire.
Officials said three adults and one infant were sent to hospital as a precaution. They are all in stable condition.
The blaze caused $10,000 in damage to the building and $5,000 to the suite's contents. The cause is under investigation.
