There was another raid at the Dakota Chundee Smoke Shop Tuesday afternoon in southwestern Manitoba.

The Great Buffalo Nation Dakota says 10,000 cigarettes were seized by the Manitoba government.

It happened at 12:30 p.m. on March 6.

First Nation officials say store manager Charles Blacksmith has been arrested. They say it's because he's not allowed on the property or to be in possession of the smokes.

The province confirms there was a raid carried out, with the help of the RCMP.

The province says one person was arrested for being in a breach of a recognizance.

Since opening last November, the smoke shop has been raided multiple times for selling discounted, untaxed cigarettes.

First Nation officials said they want to prompt discussions with the federal government.
